Charlotte was born and raised on the South Helford river with her two brothers. Schooled in Truro, Durham (Music BA (Hons)) and London (GDL) before returning to Cornwall in 2011 where she began working as a copy writer for one of Cornwall’s largest holiday letting companies and estate agents. Charlotte trained as a secondary school Music teacher and in 2014 moved to Grand Cayman, returning to get married and have her first child in 2016. In 2018 Charlotte started working for Edward as his General Manager (of EO Developments).  Charlotte’s role has evolved so that now she manages the accounts for Cornwall Properties Ltd and works closely alongside Edward and Alistair in overall management of the lettings. Charlotte lives in Porthleven with her three children and enjoys walking, gardening and being on the Helford River in her spare time.
