Edward grew up in Cornwall on the Lizard and went to school in Truro before heading to Cardiff University to study Exploration and Resource Geology. This lead to a 15 year career in the offshore marine exploration and construction industry. During this time, Edward was able to start his journey with property, buying his first terraced house in Falmouth and converting it into a 5 bed HMO. Various new build and renovation projects followed, leading Edward to switch careers and start a property investment and construction company specialising in building, converting and renovating properties into letting units with a focus on housing for locals.

The Company has grown significantly since incorporation in 2017 and is now responsible for housing over 100 tenants as well as numerous commercial properties in the Falmouth & Penryn area. All of the properties were managed in-house prior to the partnership with Alistair in 2023.

Edward will provide a bespoke professional service for Landlords and Tenants alike. His 15+ years experience in the sector as a Landlord makes him an expert in property asset management, tenancy management and compliance.
