In 2024 Alistair and Edward launched Cornwall Properties a letting agency with a fresh straight forward approach to the property management sector.
Alistair and Edward had long held ambitions to launch their own property management business in Cornwall. Together with over 33 years combined valuable property experience they embarked on a journey to create a vibrant and exciting agency that offers high quality property to high quality tenants whilst providing excellent property management services to landlords specialising in HMO, student and premium residential property.
With Alistair’s background of building one of the largest letting portfolios in South Cornwall coupled with Edward’s impressive property development career and experience as a private landlord, they had a vision of making the entire letting experience as plain sailing and stress free as possible for landlords and tenants.
Alistair and Edward’s style is energising, innovative and open with a recognition that building relationships with everyone involved in the letting process is key to a successful agency. Now with over 100 tenancies under management they aim to continue providing a personal, friendly and professional service across the stunning county of Cornwall.
